We may process work contact details submitted through the site, company website data needed to generate a playbook, workspace settings, connection metadata, and campaign activity needed to operate the loop.
How We Use Information
We use information to generate playbooks, authenticate users, connect approved systems, send requested emails, measure campaign performance, detect replies, and improve the service.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, private operational storage, and secret separation. Client data and per-tenant credentials are kept in isolated, access-controlled storage, fully separate from our application code.
Processors And Hosting
The service may use cloud infrastructure, email delivery, CRM APIs, advertising APIs, analytics tools, and AI providers as processors where needed to provide the product.
Optional Browser Extension
Where you choose to enable it, MQLooP offers an optional browser extension that runs inside your own browser, in your own authenticated session on a connected platform such as LinkedIn, and acts only at your direction to perform outreach steps you have approved. The extension processes only the minimum data needed for a single approved action (for example, a public profile link, a first name, and the message you approved). The extension does not receive your third-party platform password, and MQLooP stores action data only as needed to queue, execute, report, audit, secure, and support approved actions. You can pause or disconnect the extension at any time, and you remain responsible for using it in line with the terms of any platform on which it operates.
Cookies And Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including a tag manager and analytics and advertising measurement tools, to operate the site, understand usage, and measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where legally required or made available by us, through consent or opt-out controls. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. We do not use this data to build profiles unrelated to providing, measuring, and improving the service.
International Transfers
MQLooP operates and hosts its production systems in the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
