Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MQLooP and its websites, applications, and related services (the service). By creating an account, enabling a feature, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Your use of personal data through the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Services Agreement, which are incorporated by reference.

The Service

MQLooP helps B2B teams generate playbooks, connect their own marketing and CRM systems, and run personalized outbound and inbound outreach that feeds engagement back into a self-improving loop. The service may evolve over time, and specific features depend on your plan and the systems you choose to connect.

Accounts And Authorized Users

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you allow to use the service is authorized and follows these terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, send unlawful or deceptive messages, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, circumvent security or rate limits, scrape or access systems you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your outreach, including obtaining any consents and honoring opt-outs required by applicable marketing, anti-spam, and privacy laws.

Connected Services And User-Directed Automation

The service lets you connect your own third-party accounts (for example, CRM, email, advertising, and LinkedIn) and may offer an optional browser extension that operates inside your own browser and your own authenticated sessions, acting only at your direction. You remain the operator of your own accounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these features, including any automation, complies with the terms, policies, and limits of each third-party platform you connect. Third-party platforms may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access based on automation or other activity they consider non-compliant. MQLooP may provide controls such as activity limits, working-hour windows, and the ability to pause or disconnect, but you use these features at your own risk, and we may modify, limit, or suspend them at any time.

Your Content And Data

You retain all rights to the content and data you submit or connect (your content). You grant MQLooP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service and as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Services Agreement. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content and to instruct us to process it.

Intellectual Property

MQLooP and its licensors own the service, including its software, models, designs, and brand. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service, without obligation to you.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page or your order. Unless stated otherwise, you bring and pay for your own advertising and third-party tool budgets, fees are exclusive of taxes, and amounts paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third-party platforms and providers that operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is between you and that provider. A third party may change, limit, or discontinue access to its platform, which can affect related features.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MQLooP does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and does not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings, MQLs, or other outcomes. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use; nothing in the service is legal, tax, or professional advice.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service. Except for your payment obligations, your indemnification obligations, your misuse of the service, your breach of the Acceptable Use section, or your violation of the Connected Services And User-Directed Automation section or any third-party platform's terms, each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to MQLooP for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify MQLooP against third-party claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your outreach, your use of connected accounts and automation, or your violation of these terms, applicable law, or any third-party platform's terms.

Suspension And Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for MQLooP or others, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive. Data handling on termination is described in the Data Services Agreement.

Changes To The Service Or Terms

We may update the service and these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. For material changes to these terms, we will update the date above and provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts located in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different governing law and venue are required by your order or by applicable law.

General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Services Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and MQLooP regarding the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
